Because I need a new phone and I was watching videos from VCAST say, they are free and fair, like, browse the library, which appear on my phone bill? Since I pay for the shipping?

On most phones, you now get free Vcast for the first month. Then charge a monthly fee. The free month is to become addicted.
You need to call and ask to remove it.
If you do not even get the V CAST Video, then you probably already have a data plan subscription or V CAST videos to be free be free, but Verizon never trust this kind of thing, they always find a way to screw over
