I have an Onkyo HT-r550 receiver. I have connected a PS3 to the receiver's HDMI IN port via HMDI cable.? - receiver hdmi out ps3
Then I have to connect to your HDTV receiver via another HDMI cable. It reads: PS3> Receiver> TV. But every time I return to my PS3, no sound. There are videos, and configure the settings for video input on my receiver. My Audio TV works well, however. Any help?

It seems that the recipient "by", which means it does not refer to the sent via HDMI. You need to send audio from the PS3 to the receiver via an optical cable.
